SHIPMENTS OF GOODS:
All goods-orders are sent from our warehouses in VI.PE. Sindou, Thessaloniki.
You can pick up your goods from our stores - Upon agreement.
You can receive your goods with a transport company or Courier - Your choice - where the transport will be paid by the customer on delivery of the goods.
We have the possibility to deliver the goods to you - inside or outside Thessaloniki with an extra charge - upon agreement.
RETURNS OF GOODS:
Our company does not accept returns or product changes.
All products travel on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event that you have received defective goods, you must first inform the company, and specifically the person in charge who placed your order, within 5 days from the issuance of the invoice, so that he can decide for himself whether the goods will be returned/shipped.
If you direct ship without any notification, then the goods will be returned directly to you at your own expense.
